Rental Fees & Confirmation

Rental Info

  • Rental fees will be collected by organizer in full prior to the event for confirmation of rental.
  • Confirmation of booking upon approval from organizer.
  • Organizer reserves the right to reject any vendors deemed unsuitable.
  • Organizer reserves the right to reject any vendors who do not adhere to terms & conditions with no refund.
  • Rental fees are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
  • Vendors will be responsible for their goods. The Organizer will not be liable for any damage or loss of goods.
  • Vendors are required to ensure all goods are properly covered and sealed neatly after 10pm, as required by the mall management. Strictly no canvas or cardboard coverings allowed. The Organizer reserves the right to remove any unsecured goods.
  • Vendors are to keep all equipment and staff within the allocated spaces. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the booth or table space.
  • Vendors are to ensure their spaces are kept clean at all times.

Setup & Teardown

Setup

  • Vendors are allowed to set up at
    • 13 July, 10pm – 3am
    • 14 July, 8am – 10am
  • Please submit the following details by 11 July
    • Name & contact of the person-in-charge for set up
    • Delivery vehicle license number
  • All vendors must ensure set up is complete by 14 July, 11am. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of booth or table space.

Tear down

  • Vendors are allowed to tear down at
    • 15 July, 10pm – 3am
    • 16 July, 8am – 10am
  • Please submit the following details by 11 July
    • Name & contact of the person-in-charge for tear down
    • Delivery vehicle license number
    • All vendors must ensure tear down is complete by 14 July, 10am. Failure to do so may incur fees of double the rental fee on a pro-rated basis, and/or fines for damages that will be bone fully by the vendor with no liability on the Organizer.
